Randy has been employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry as a Labor Law Investigator with the Bureau of Labor Law Compliance for (35) years. In July of 2016, he was reassigned and currently
serves as an Administrative Officer assigned to the Bureaus Harrisburg Central Office.

  Jane was  a senior Wage and Hour Investigator. She earned a Masters Degree in
Human Resource Management from St. Francis of Loretto and taught in their graduate program.

Unemployment Compensation, Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry.
 
Nancy has been employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry for 15 years,
having been a Claims Examiner for nearly 10 of those years. Nancy helps employers and claimants
understand the Unemployment Compensation Law and assists with navigating the
 process to ensure the proper application of the program.
